As STORE MANAGEMENT, your career growth is limited only by your ability to motivate and lead your staff, and your ability to relocate. The ideal manager will ensure that customers are provided the best service, and are pleased with purchases and deliveries. Managers are expected to assist our sales associates, and help them to be successful. Additionally, managers are expected to develop, motivate and continually train personnel to maximize their skills in order to obtain solid results and continued customer satisfaction. We believe in promoting from within. Management positions do require a minimum of 2 years of experience in commissioned retail sales management, specifically in furniture sales, along with strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred). A proven track record of leadership and a desire to succeed, and you are ready to go!
This position does require the ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.
