Must have excellent customer service skills, a neat professional appearance, strong computer skills, the ability to follow systems well, enjoy boats and an aptitude for light repair and maintenance.
Must be a proven hard worker and ready to work outside in all kinds of weather.
Knowledge of boats and the boating industry is a strong plus.
You must be available to work every weekend and long hours during the season (light hours during the winter).
The job entails the care, cleaning and light maintenance of a large fleet of high quality power boats plus serving and assisting high net worth clientele.
Accomplished Dock Managers will be candidates for positions of greater responsibility including the opportunity to ultimately own your own Legacy franchise.
You must have 3 years of work experience and your references and background will be thoroughly checked.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
