REQUIREMENTS:
2-4 years' experience as a restaurant manager in a full service environment
Excellent communicator: Speaks and writes with a high degree of professionalism and credibility
Extremely personable with a professional appearance
Ability to lead a team to achieve goals
50-55 hours per week
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
