Maintenance Position

A SimpleHIRE Client located in Destin, FL has an immediate opening for a Maintenance position. This will be a full time position with the hours varying from 7:00am-8:30am to 3:30pm-5:00pm. This position will typically be Monday through Friday with possible weekend needs.
Duties:
Painting
Minor sheet rock patching and repair
Minor plumbing repairs: garbage disposals, leaks, etc.
Outside clean up including but not limited to: blowing leaves, sweeping, raking, collecting garbage on the property
The perfect candidate will be able to perform the tasks at ease and also be a team player.
Must be able to pass BG and drug screen.
