Summary:
As an essential team member, Park Custodians are in direct and continuous interaction with guests and managers on a daily basis.
Park Custodians are responsible for hygienic upkeep of the park and all public areas on property.
Park Custodians will follow safety and service procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for employees and guests.
As a Park Custodian, you will:
Comply with all policies and procedures of The Track Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive attitude at all times Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, restroom cleaning, trash collection, etc.
Safety utilize all custodial chemicals and equipment Maintain clean grounds by picking trash and debris as needed Replenish custodial supplies before going to the assigned area Clean equipment as assigned, clean and restock supply room(s) Ensure that the supply rooms are tidy and locked at the end of a shift Assist guests with questions, provide information and solutions as needed Support cleaning work areas and guest areas Basic
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of custodial equipment and chemicals is preferred Excellent communication skills and service mindset Flexible availability is required as weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays are often required Must be able to lift up to 25lbs with or without assistance Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather conditions including direct and indirect sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain Must be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment Must be able to stand, kneel, and squat for extended periods Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Must be able and willing to meet all The Track's Grooming Standards daily.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
