Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next customer - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Skills:
