Some maintenance experience a plus.
This positions job description will change daily.
The successful applicant must have and/or be able to:
Have a helpful disposition and the ability to receive direction.
As your job duties can change day to day.
Able to be on your feet most of the day.
This is predominantly an outdoor position, must be able to work in the heat of the summer.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Working weekends and holidays is required.
All staff must be courteous to owners and guests.
Have basic knowledge of tools and read a tape measure.
Being able to communicate professionally with others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
