Successful candidates will be comfortable speaking with people and have a passion for solving problems.
A Reservationist needs to be able to analyze, research and communicate effectively and must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
Answer questions about fishing charters, dolphin cruises, their availability and pricing.
Help customers book charters.
Coordinate with Captains & crew to ensure timely departures.
Receive payments from customers for services and issue receipts.
