As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.

Duties - Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables - Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take reservations and manage the waitlist - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner - Follow all health and safety guidelines Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred - Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Knowledge of hotel operations (preferred but not required) If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service, we invite you to apply for the position of Host/Host.
