DFW & EOE Job Description We are currently seeking a self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic individual to provide clerical support in a receptionist/admin assistant capacity.
Job duties include:
Professionally answer all incoming calls Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner Assist in preparing for boat shows Assist Sales Support Department in creating Contracts/Sales and Purchase Agreements Perform a variety of clerical duties Working in Yacht Closer and Yachtco Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette Excellent verbal communication skills Punctual Knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus Ability to work under little supervision.
Ability to multi-task Professional appearance Previous clerical/administrative experience preferred.
