Summary:
The Industrial Cleaning Technician is responsible for the overall cleanliness of tile, carpet, flooring concrete, and pavers of The Emerald Grande and Harborwalk Village.
Job Type:
Full-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean carpet using carpet Extractors Spot cleaning on flooring and furniture Use Buffers and hard surface cleaners to clean tile Drive Zamboni to sweep and clean pavers and parking garage pressure wash flooring, balconies, and exterior building Painting when old paint has become faded or chipped Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of shop and equipment.
Execute general physical tasks as directed by department leadership.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements Previous knowledge of carpet, tile, concrete cleaning, and pressure washing.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements Attention to detail and an ability to ensure cleanliness.
Must display confidence in the safe operation of heavy equipment.
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with guests and coworkers harmoniously.
Customer service must be a priority.
Ability to handle multiple operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often with time-sensitive deadlines.
Competent in the use of computers and a willingness to work in the work order system daily.
Strong decision-making skills.

Employees are required to be available on workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Rotating shift work during the busy season License Requirements Valid driver's license that has been in effect for at least three years, with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years.
