The ideal candidate will lead by example, inspire, and support front desk agents and call center employees to reach their potential and thrive to meet our mission of exceptional guest and owner experiences.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage 20 plus Guest Services employees.
-Over see the management of 3 on-site front desks:
Silver Beach Towers, Silver Shells, and The Palms.
-Support the development of others through coaching, mentoring, and training.
-Handle and resolve all guest concerns and conflicts.
-Manage projects and ensure policy compliance.
-Complete knowledge of all properties, associations, HOA's -Proper and efficient staffing while understanding the needs of the business.
-Provide continual motivation and engagement of TEAM members.
Requirements:
-College degree preferred.
-2
years of Hospitality management preferred.
-Enthusiasm and desire -Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-Proven record of multitasking and supreme organizational abilities.
-Experience in leadership; training, coaching, motivating.
-Proficient with computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
-Experience with TRACK PMS preferred.
Full Time Full Benefits package Salary range based on
Experience:
$45,000-$60,000.
