Summary:
The Corporate Director of Marketing is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall marketing plan for the Legendary Family of Companies to include Regatta Bay Golf & Yacht Club, the Emerald Grande, Emerald Grande Spa, HarborWalk Village, Destin Marina Services, Pelican Point Harbor, Legendary Realty, Destin Pointe Realty, Priority Title, and Legendary's marina interests domestic and abroad.
The goal is to drive visitation, business volume and brand awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in developing an annual marketing plan that drives traffic and revenue to the businesses listed above.
Assist in the design and distribution of marketing materials and campaigns across all platforms.
Is the liaison for social media accounts for all business.
Is the liaison for digital media paid campaigns across social media, Google, etc.
Coordinate, manage and evaluate campaigns and promotions with digital marketing vendors.
Define and measure KPIs monthly.
Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and communications to include various new projects that are in the planning stages, and design campaigns to introduce those projects to the public.
Manage and update multiple company websites on a consistent basis.
Assist in coordinating with department heads to create and maintain collateral and marketing materials for all Legendary entities and their signature events.
Is the lead in organizing influencer opportunities, photo and video shoots and other unique promotional opportunities.
Help develop and execute sponsor/ partner integrations into events and marketing campaigns.
Help drive sales at the new marina locations, whether it be boat slip sales or leasing of slips, through the creation of collateral material and promotional events.
Establish and maintain an excellent community partnership with area Chambers of Commerce, Tourist Development Councils, and marketing and public relations entities.
Maintain knowledge of current trends and practices in content development, public relations, social media and digital communications and marketing.
Assist in writing and distributing press releases as needed.
Manage blog development across all businesses or as needed.
Regularly attend events held by Legendary entities to capture photography and guest feedback.
Examples include ribbon cuttings and ground breakings and HarborWalk Village events.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications and minimum of ten (10) years of experience Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Experience is digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Capable of multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously Positive attitude Computer skills include but are not limited to Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint Google Ads Certifications Facebook Blueprint Certification Ability to handle multiple guests and operational demands with a high degree of professionalism, operating often with time sensitive deadlines Key Competencies Key Competencies include strong work ethic, negotiating and closing, attention to detail, relationship builder, multi-tasker, problem analysis and solving, excellent communicator, confidentiality, and integrity.

Other Qualifications Availability Open and operational seven days a week.

License Requirements Valid driver's license that has been in effect for at least three years, with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the past three years.
