We do ask that you have at least 1 year of serving or bartending experience for the respective position you are applying for.
We are a high volume restaurant that is open Brunch - Dinner 7 days a week.
We offer flexible scheduling and can offer full-time and part-time positions to fit your lifestyle.
Our company is moving to an online scheduling software for the convivence of our staff to make day-off requests, check schedules and swap shifts from their computer or mobile device.
Below are the basic duties/responsibilities for our staff.
1.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
2.
Arrive to work on time, consistently.
3.
Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
4.
Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
5.
Attend all required training, safety courses (safeserv); attend departmental meetings.
6.
Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
7.
Make sure all sidework is complete before opening.
8.
Set up tables; fill and clean condiments in table caddies; chairs, including legs and table bases, are clean 9.
Attend pre-shift meeting to learn daily specials and miscellaneous information.
10.
Greet guests IMMEDIATELY and with a SMILE.
11.
Guide guests through the course of their dining experience, communicating frequently with them.
12.
Ring guest checks accurately and on a timely manner.
13.
Inform the Manager on duty as to when to close.
14.
Clean station and sidework as required.
15.
Turn in check-out to Manager on duty.
