Requirements:
Hilton Brand experience within the past 12 months 3
OnQ PMS experience (expert level) 3
years of managerial experience in Full service/luxury.
Daily Activities of our Hotel Director of Operations include:
Maintains a professional, positive, friendly demeanor with guests and fellow associates at all times.
Leads, coaches and develops department heads and supervisors as well as team members to ensure an efficient operation, a high quality of service, and high team morale.
Ensures standards are followed by all team members.
Performs duties of any position as needed.
Communicates in daily pre-shift and weekly team meetings.
Maintains high visibility and checks on guests regularly in all spaces.
Builds relationships with guests to ensure regulars/repeat business.
Responds to guests with issues and special requests in a timely manner.
Follows and maintains procedures to control costs.
Participates in hiring of property teams, and conducts and ensures compliance of ongoing training for team members and initial training for new hires.
Approves weekly scheduling and review payroll.
