CROSSLIN is seeking a full time Legal Assistant for its Destin, FL office.
Responsibilities include:
Scan/store digital records and pleadings ensuring accuracy and validity of information Assist with sending letters requesting various records and keeping track of such requests.
Perform receptionist duties.
Filing, open/close files.
Assist lawyer with various duties from pleading preparation and management of client files.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working reliable individual able to undertake a variety of law office/litigation support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and a multi-tasker.
Qualifications:
Comfortable with answering multi-phone lines Taking accurate messages Professional appearance and attitude Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and keep organized Strong grammar and writing skills Ability to be a self-starter Must possess strong MS Office skills We offer a fast-paced rewarding environment and a dynamic legal team concept We are looking for a candidate that has a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
