CROSSLIN is seeking a full time Legal Assistant for its Destin, FL office.
Responsibilities include:
Scan/store digital records and pleadings ensuring accuracy and validity of information Assist with sending letters requesting various records and keeping track of such requests.
Perform receptionist duties.
Filing, open/close files.
Assist lawyer with various duties from pleading preparation and management of client files.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working reliable individual able to undertake a variety of law office/litigation support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and a multi-tasker.
Qualifications:
