Our ideal candidate has at least two years of experience performing professional maintenance work, is familiar with a variety of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, small engine maintenance/repairs, and knows how to keep the sidewalks and other structures around our buildings clean and safe.
Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities Check equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order Repair malfunctioning equipment Respond to tenant repair requests Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications 2
years of maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and a/c systems Working knowledge of small engine maintenance/repair.
Oil changes, tire maintenance, etc.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification a plus Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools Must pass a background check and drug test Be able to lift 50 lbs.
