We are seeking an individual with Home Health experience and strong communication and organizational skills.
The individual hired must have a solid background in home health care and exhibit compassionate and assertive customer service skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Address prospective client questions.
Develop the plan of care in accordance with the client needs and wishes.
Initiate plan of care reviews and make changes as necessary.
Conduct supervisory visits in the home and ensure that the services are being provided correctly.
Conduct Home Health Aide competency training classes on a quarterly basis.
Obtain client feedback on caregiver performance.
Oversee and be available for questions regarding Alzheimers Disease and Related Dementia training video.
Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.
Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees, clients and clients' families.
Maintain compliance with AHCA regulations effecting Home Health Agencies.
Take rotating on-call phone calls after hours.
SKILLS:
RN license required for this position (Home Health experience desired) Five years experience in positions of increasing responsibility; one year staff management required in healthcare industry.
Knowledge of AHCA regulations a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task Must be detailed oriented with strong communication skills.
Must have a current Level-2 background screening Local Candidates Only.
