We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication, customer service (experience in a healthcare office related setting) and organizational skills for an exciting opportunity with a growing company.

Responsibilities:
Greet new customers Assist with interviewing new care providers Answer the telephone in a friendly, professional manner.
Process caregiver applications, check references, check background screening results.
Schedule caregiver staff for hours of service on new clients and open hours/shifts on existing cases.
Maintain required documentation for all caregivers.
Ability to work independently.
Take rotating on-call duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
Two years experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare or home health.
Excellent customer service skills (in an office setting) Well organized and detail oriented Experience using scheduling or staffing software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of AHCA regulations is a plus.
