We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the store - Manage and motivate a team of retail staff - Implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets - Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for product procurement - Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management - Handle payroll and scheduling for store employees - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Provide exceptional customer service at all times Skills:
