Vacation Rental Concierge / Personal Assistant

Tasks include, checking in guests on Saturdays generally at 4pm but could be between 4pm-8pm or any other day that we might have checkin, running errands, checking cleaning,coordinating any repairs with repairmen, checking light bulbs work, tvs work, closets are organized every rental, shopping as needed, assist guests as needed with reservations, contacting guests prior to arrival, assisting guests with issues or coordinating appropriate people to fix issue, helping with admin tasks related to booking condos etc.

Must have professional demeanor and dress nicely to meet guests.
BACKGOUND CHECK REQUIRED.
Previous experience a plus.
